About the Role California Sheet Metal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our daily operations. This role is key to keeping our estimating, project compliance, and administrative processes running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multitasking, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic construction team. What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the Estimating team, including bid tracking and document preparation
  • Assist with project setup, contract tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain company records such as licenses, insurance, and client information
  • Support subcontractor onboarding and documentation management
  • Track upcoming project opportunities and maintain project logs
  • Assist with job closeouts and document archiving
  • Help coordinate company events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support marketing efforts, including presentations and social media updates
  • Serve as backup receptionist when needed What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred (not required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
