We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing retail and commercial projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Preconstruction & Estimating Collaborate on project proposals, presentations, and preconstruction planning Review contracts, general conditions, and project requirements Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules Provide constructability reviews and budget updates Coordinate subcontractor bidding and estimate reviews Review insurance and bonding requirements Project Planning & Setup Prepare job setup documentation and assist with permit coordination Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes Manage project cost codes and budget tracking Coordinate submittals, release orders, and procurement schedules Assist with field mobilization and site logistics planning Project Management Lead project meetings and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships Monitor submittals, material deliveries, and project schedules Manage RFIs, change orders, invoices, and cost reporting Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure quality and project compliance Coordinate with field teams to maintain schedule and budget objectives Provide proactive communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Project Closeout Manage project closeout processes and punch list completion Prepare final billings, retainage tracking, and turnover documentation Conduct post-project reviews and maintain organized project records

WHAT YOU BRING

5-7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Experience with retail, grocery, industrial, or entertainment construction projects preferred Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software Experience with CPM scheduling and estimating preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client relationships Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

$110,000 - $130,000 per year
