Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee an Identity Access Management (IAM) enhancement engagement, maturing the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementation through strategic improvements, automation, and continuous operational support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead project coordination and management across all IAM workstreams
  • Schedule and facilitate weekly check-ins and twice-quarterly planning sessions
  • Manage Work Authorizations (WAs) and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Coordinate steering committee meetings with HR/Workday, SailPoint ISC, and ServiceNow teams
  • Oversee knowledge transfer documentation and final deliverables
  • Manage personnel changes via Personnel Change Order Request Forms
  • Escalate issues to Client stakeholders per the problem escalation protocol
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools
  • At least 3 years in a lead capacity
  • Bachelor's degree (additional experience may substitute year-for-year)
  • Valid PMP certification from PMI (mandatory
