Full-Time About Us TAKON Talent is representing a rapidly growing restoration services company seeking a high-performing Restoration Sales & Project Manager to support continued expansion throughout the Bay Area. This opportunity is ideal for a driven restoration professional who can both generate new business and successfully manage projects from intake through completion. The company has an established reputation in the market and is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment where responsiveness, urgency, and customer service are critical. The role will focus on both commercial and residential restoration opportunities including water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation services. Role Overview The Restoration Sales & Project Manager will be responsible for driving new business development, building referral relationships, estimating projects, and overseeing restoration jobs throughout the full project lifecycle. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at a high level. The ideal candidate has prior restoration industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of generating and managing restoration projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area Generate new restoration business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and strategic relationship-building Respond to emergency restoration opportunities and help drive rapid client response and service execution Conduct site visits, inspections, and project assessments Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and project proposals Manage restoration projects from intake through completion and final customer satisfaction Coordinate with operations teams, technicians, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution Maintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Track sales activity, pipeline management, and project updates within CRM and internal systems Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and community engagements QualificationsRequired 3-5+ years of restoration industry experience with a strong focus on sales, business development, or project management Proven track record of generating and closing restoration projects Experience managing restoration projects and client relationships Strong understanding of mitigation, reconstruction, water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and insurance-related restoration work Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Existing relationships within the Bay Area restoration and insurance market Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating platforms Prior experience working directly with insurance carriers and adjusters Commercial restoration experience strongly preferred What They're Looking For Highly motivated and results-driven professional Strong ownership mentality and accountability Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and follow-through skills Team-oriented with a customer-first mentality Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $100K-$110K Uncapped commission structure with Year 1 OTE of $200K+ Strong long-term growth opportunity within a growing organization Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work in one of the strongest restoration markets in California
