Overview AtticGuard is a fast-growing, family-owned attic insulation and restoration company specializing in full-service attic solutions: insulation removal, rodent proofing, air sealing, sanitization, and insulation installation. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential attic projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing job execution, coordinating crews, ensuring quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience on every project. This is a field-focused role, you'll be visiting job sites, working closely with technicians, and making sure every project runs smoothly and professionally. Duties 1. Project Oversight (Start to Finish) Manage attic projects from initial scheduling to final completion Review scope of work and ensure crews execute according to plan Ensure all 5 Steps are completed properly: Removal, rodent proofing, air sealing, sanitation, installation 2. Crew Coordination Assign and supervise field crews daily Ensure crews arrive on time and are fully prepared Provide guidance and support throughout the job Step in when needed to solve on-site challenges 3. Quality Control Perform job site inspections (during and after work) Ensure all work meets AtticGuard standards and California codes Verify cleanliness, containment setup, and proper installation Review before/after photos for quality assurance 4. Customer Communication Be the main point of contact for customers during the project Set expectations and provide updates throughout the job Handle concerns professionally and quickly Ensure a smooth, 5-star customer experience 5. Problem Solving Handle unexpected issues (rodent damage, duct problems, access challenges, etc.) Make quick, effective decisions in the field Coordinate solutions with office and ownership when needed 6. Materials & Logistics Ensure all materials and equipment are ready before each job Coordinate deliveries and supply needs Track usage and prevent delays 7. Documentation & Reporting Document job progress with photos Ensure all work is properly recorded in CRM (Housecall Pro preferred) status, issues, and completion updates to management Review scope of work and ensure crews execute according to plan Qualifications 2+ years of project management or field supervision experience preferred Background in construction, insulation, HVAC, or home services preferred Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple jobs at once Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license Preferred Experience Attic work (insulation, rodent proofing, air sealing) Knowledge of Title 24 / HERS / building codes Experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRM Understanding of duct systems and attic airflow Why Join AtticGuard?
