This position will manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations. Our team manages a wide variety of projects including commercial office, industrial, warehouse, tenant improvements, and civil utility projects throughout Northern California. About Encore Encore Construction and Management is a commercial construction and integrated facility management company based in Folsom, California. We primarily serve clients throughout Northern California and specialize in commercial office, industrial, warehouse, and civil construction projects. We are a growing small business with a collaborative, family-oriented culture and a team of experienced professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion Assist with estimating and pre-construction planning Prepare project scopes, schedules, and work plans Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Monitor project budgets, schedules, and timelines Prepare project status reports and communicate progress with clients Ensure work meets contract specifications and quality standards Manage tenant improvements, office build-outs, and warehouse construction projects Oversee construction workflows and project scheduling Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Types of Projects Projects may include: Commercial office construction Industrial and warehouse construction Tenant improvements (TI) Office and warehouse build-outs Retrofits and renovations Civil utilities and demolition projects Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Strong understanding of commercial building trades and construction workflows Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong customer service and client management abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and subcontractors

Preferred:

Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects Compensation $90,000

• $110,000 per year , depending on experience and demonstrated qualifications.
