Overview:
The purpose of a Field Deviation Coordinator is to review deviated items that come back from the field and determine a resolution. Then, effectively communicate, document and rescheduled install date with our customers. Field Deviation Coordinator's purpose is to contribute to the achievement of driving completion rates by complete tasks and resolve challenges with other departments and communicating appropriately. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Avanti objectives by displaying proficiency in their areas while completing projects and responsibilities assigned in a professional manner.
  • Review ART data, Field Notes, and complete shipping all trucks in FeneVision each day.
  • Notate and maintain daily all deviated items in FeneVision, Avanti Maintenance App (Deviations) and builder scheduling systems.
  • Communicate with builders & other departments to come to a resolution on deviated items.
  • Send plan checks to Estimating and follow up with the solution for the potential Change Orders (CO's)
  • Routing responsibilities
  • All house packs (non-manufacturing hubs only)
  • Service and AQC trucks.
  • Communicate all moves to builder through email and/or builder sites (ie. Supply Pro, Vendor Suite)
  • Maintain all routes assuring there are no buckets.
  • Analyze customer service order data referencing builder data to determine the write item or request was written to track accuracy and efficiencies.
  • Assist with organizing Deviation racks in warehouse by determining which windows are still needed.
  • Maintain daily the Deviation Report to send to all departments every morning.
  • Customer service duties required.
  • Writing all service orders needed.
  • Follow up on all emails with 2 hours of receipt of email.
  • Reschedule all EPOs in BuildPro or other builder sites.
  • Accept all EPO from builders though either email and/or builder sites, and communication to the builders.
  • Answering all phone calls in a timely manner, as well as initiating calls to homeowners, builders, and business partners.
  • Willingness to provide improved solutions to become more efficient; systems, reporting, communication, labeling etc.
  • Cross-train, share best practices and continually learn other departments/locations roles and dynamics for continuous growth.

$23- $25 Depending on work experience Paid weekly & Paid holidays
