Long Term Contract About the Role Brooks Automation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support strategic programs and project execution within a semiconductor-focused environment. This role is ideal for a junior-level professional who understands the semiconductor industry and can quickly integrate into ongoing projects, coordinate activities, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The Project Coordinator will work closely with program managers, project leads, and cross-functional teams to track deliverables, facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and maintain alignment across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving execution while supporting broader program objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support execution of strategic initiatives. Track project tasks, action items, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure effective communication and alignment between stakeholders, project teams, and task owners. Link project activities across workstreams to maintain visibility and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Monitor project schedules and provide regular status updates to leadership and program managers. Support risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation when necessary. Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts. Assist in driving accountability among task owners to ensure project milestones are achieved. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. 2 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support. Experience working within the Semiconductor industry or supporting semiconductor manufacturing, automation, equipment, or engineering projects. Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
