We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to support manufacturing and production operations. This position will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate resources, and ensure successful execution of programs from development through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has experience working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project scope Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project completion Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Monitor resource allocation and ensure project efficiency Facilitate communication between operations, engineering, and manufacturing teams Maintain project documentation and reporting Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3+ years of project management experience Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Understanding of manufacturing and product development processes Experience working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or production environments Knowledge of process optimization and systems integration Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools #IPROPLUS
