Full Job Description Responsibility:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Manage and establish relationship with the client and third parties/vendors Perform risk management to minimize project risks•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirement:
The ideal candidate was a practicing engineer prior to becoming a project manager. Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity Detailed knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes Experience interfacing with operations, mechanical and manufacturing process Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering 3+ years of experience in project management Mandarin speaking a plus
