We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, work well within a team environment, and want to be part of a company focused on quality workmanship and long-term growth. Job Responsibilities Assist with scheduling and coordination of client selections Support design staff with layouts, renderings, and project organization Coordinate vendors, samples, and material deliveries Assist with cabinet, flooring, tile, paint, plumbing fixture, and finish selections Maintain organized project files, schedules, and specification documents Follow up with clients regarding selections and deadlines Assist with ordering and tracking materials as needed Maintain organized sample and display areas Support communication between clients, project managers, estimators, and vendors Qualifications & Experience Proficient with design software and computer systems Strong organization and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Professional customer interaction skills Background in interior design, drafting, construction, or project coordination preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Benefits Vacation Sick leave Paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Consistent full-time work Opportunity for long-term career growth About Trademark Trademark is a licensed general contractor serving the Central Valley with remodeling, remediation, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties.
