From large-scale rollouts to custom one-off builds, we manage every step—from design and permitting to fabrication, installation, and closeout. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and help keep projects moving smoothly, on time, and on budget. Position Overview The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting project managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams. This position ensures that all project details are tracked, communicated, and executed with accuracy. You'll be the connective tissue that keeps projects aligned, documents updated, and stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities across design, permitting, fabrication, and installation Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation with exceptional accuracy Communicate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure alignment Assist with gathering site photos, surveys, permits, and technical requirements Prepare and distribute project updates, meeting notes, and status reports Review shop drawings, proposals, and submittals for completeness Support budgeting, quoting, and purchase order creation Track shipments, deliveries, and installation timelines Help resolve issues quickly by escalating to the appropriate team members Ensure all project closeout materials are collected and submitted Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, signage, or related fields preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience with project management software is a plus Ability to read or interpret basic drawings, plans, or shop drawings preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
