Glendale, CA (Los Angeles area) Reports to: Government Business Leadership About the Role This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role supporting both executive leadership and our core contract operations. You'll sit at the intersection of contract management, external communications, and CEO support — touching nearly every part of the business. This role is based in our Glendale, CA office. This role will be full-time in-office during the initial training period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) upon successful completion of training. Our business is built on a skilled, detail-oriented project management team that drives consistent growth in a fast-moving, highly regulated space. We're expanding that team and looking for a driven, organized professional to grow with us. What You'll Do Contract & Operations Support Manage & track the full product lifecycle from creation through contract submission and ongoing actions, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery at every stage Communicate product updates — including pricing changes and product removals — to external partners via email and online portals Enter and maintain new product details including pricing data across internal systems Maintain organized trackers, spreadsheets, and project documentation, keeping records current and accessible across all active workstreams Organize and maintain files, SOPs, and CRM records, ensuring documentation is current and accessible Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders - managing tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams to ensure clear and timely communication and task execution Communicate project and task updates proactively — flagging issues early and keeping all relevant parties informed without needing to be asked Ensure all open items are tracked and followed through to completion with consistency and precision Opportunity to represent BRP professionally at industry events Identify and flag process gaps, contributing to continuous improvement of team workflows Executive Support Provide administrative support to the CEO including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-through on action items Support a range of projects across the business as priorities evolve, offering broad exposure and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple functions What We're Looking For Required 1+ years of experience in project management, executive assistance, or a similar support role Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional attention to detail — you catch errors others miss and take pride in getting things right Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable corresponding professionally with senior leadership and external partners Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field Experience in startup, fast growing business, or corporate setting; pharmaceutical or government contracting experience is a plus The Right Person For This Role Takes ownership of their work without needing to be reminded Learns quickly, asks smart questions, and figures things out Is a collaborative team player who makes the people around them better Wants to understand the business deeply, not just complete tasks Growth and Progression BRP promotes from within and invests in people who grow with the business. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $28 - $35 per hour (roughly equivalent to $60,000 - $73,000 per year) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Candidates will be subject to a background check & drug screening for eligibility for this role.
