Job Description:
We're partnering with a leading consumer electronics company to find a talented Creative Program Manager. This is a contract opportunity in a hybrid setting-on-site Monday to Friday in-region, aligned with West Coast working hours. The position involves managing design workflows for global new product launches, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Join a dynamic team dedicated to innovative product development and marketing excellence.
Creative Program Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling, reviews, and approval processes with leadership and stakeholders. Lead the end-to-end program strategy utilizing product development lifecycle and sprint workflows. Identify constraints, develop mitigation plans, and communicate effectively across teams. Maintain alignment on program priorities and risks through regular updates and recaps. Manage additional design or internal projects as assigned.
Creative Program Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, Communications, or comparable experience. Over 4 years of experience in design operations, project, or program management. Proven effectiveness in managing mass-produced consumer electronics or packaging projects. Skilled with web-based design project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Workfront. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with consumer electronics documentation.
