Position Overview The Project/Field Manager will oversee all aspects of our Hayward, CA Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while driving growth and efficiency. This is a highly visible leadership role suited for someone who is both strategic and operational—able to manage teams, handle customers, and jump into the field when necessary and help finish the job. - 30 miles radius of Alameda County Experience Proven experience in construction management or as a Project Field Manager with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects Extensive on-site construction experience with a focus on project scheduling, site safety, and quality assurance Proficiency in construction management, if any software include it on resume Power Tools Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with contracts management and contract compliance procedures Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and civil site work practices Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders Join us as a Project Field Manager and be at the forefront of building excellence!
