We are looking for a Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing, dynamic team. We offer the best career advancement opportunities. •Not a Remote Position• Benefits (after 3 months of Intensive Training and Evaluation): Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401K (Optional opt in and opt out) PTO Bonus based on employee's performance Job duties include, but not limited to: Oversee each assigned project Ensure construction work complies with contract requirements and meets project schedule Review construction project plans, specifications, and shop drawings Issue Purchase Requests to buy raw materials for fabrication. Process RFI, and change orders Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, shop fabrication, and field installation Communicate and coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure project is progressing smoothly Attend construction site meetings

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent Great attitude towards individual performance and teamwork. Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings. Able to read and write clearly and concisely in English to describe technical / mathematical / geometric / spatial objects and situations. Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus but not necessary International Candidates are welcome to apply
