Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will drive project success through effective planning, resource management, and collaboration with stakeholders. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will be instrumental in achieving outstanding results. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Develop detailed project plans using tools such as an ERP system, plan, supervise, purchase materials for jobs, etc. for accurate scheduling and cost estimation Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and financial control Conduct blueprint reading sessions and interpret schematics to resolve technical issues promptly Implement time management strategies to meet critical deadlines while maintaining high standards of work Facilitate effective project communication through detailed reports, meetings, and updates Experience Proven experience managing manufacturing products with a strong background in utilizing an ERP system software. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, cost estimation, contract administration, and project coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and stakeholders effectively.
