Job Description:
Our client is hiring: LIHTC Associate Project Manager for affordable housing Real Estate Development. Are you an Assistant Project Manager in LIHTC ready for the next step? (not an engineering or construction role) Join a mission-driven development team delivering affordable and community-focused housing projects across California. You'll support the full development lifecycle-from financing and entitlements through construction, lease-up, and long-term asset coordination.
Key areas of responsibility:
Support financing applications, budgets, schedules, and development proposals Assist with entitlements, acquisitions, and construction oversight Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, consultants, and public agencies Help manage lease-up and project stabilization Contribute to cross-functional development and operations efforts Provide support to senior project leadership and junior staff What they're looking for: Bachelor's degree required Experience with affordable housing / LIHTC development Strong organization, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Growth opportunity with increasing responsibility across all phases of development.
