Position Overview We are currently looking for a motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning and event operations at our office. The Assistant Project Coordinator will support project managers and operational teams with scheduling, logistics coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks related to company events and internal projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and task coordination Support communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking systems Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and operational activities Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management Assist with inventory tracking and vendor coordination Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and internal reports Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related field preferred Previous administrative, coordination, or project support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience supporting projects, events, or operations teams Knowledge of scheduling and reporting processes Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($24.00 - $32.00/hour) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and training opportunities Career advancement potential Collaborative and supportive work environment
