ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with various programs, clients and independent contractors to coordinate appraisals; Reviews clients schedule of values to determine properties to be appraised; Drafts Letter of Engagements (15 to 20 per day) to be sent to clients for review/signature; Maintains/updates all tracking spreadsheets and databases daily; Reviews all report submissions for accuracy; May conduct search of public records for appraisal quoting purposes; Generates all working folders and documents for each appraisal; Invoices 15 to 20+ clients monthly in EPIC database; Troubleshoots appraisal concerns, questions, database interruptions with internal and external clients; May assist Appraiser with obtaining pertinent data from client; Processes and submits reports to appropriate staff and departments; Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
