Job Description +++Reagent World Inc. has a highly successful Construction Business Division in Irvine California. It executes many small construction, mechanical and engineering projects per annual for the U.S. federal government throughout the country with over ten millions of dollars in revenue per annual. these project ranges from a few hundred thousands dollars per proejct to multi-million dollars per proejct. Our teams have the need for an Entry Level Project Manager, coordinating project needs by selecting plumbers, electricians, mechanics and handyman, etc. and communication with partners, vendors and customers. +++ Industrial Mechanic experience or construction experience is very helpful in this position. +++The Entry Level Project Manager - helps to plan all aspects of the projects related activities. it also identifies and select vendors and partners across the country to work with us to complete our projects, such as suitable general contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians or HVAC service providers, and in many cases suitable handymen, retrofit or renovation foreman. +++ Good oral or phone communication is very helpful to this function. Background or experience in sales will certainly helpful for this position. +++ We are looking for a well-organized and motivated individual with good execution capability, to help activities in our fast-paced business teams. Good written and oral communications are required in this function as this position interfaces with clients, vendors and other team members often. Good phone conversation skills are a plus. Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word are helpful. +++This position prefers candidates with a bachelor's degree (all of our existing team members have 4-year university level education). Some background in mechanics, engineering, or science disciplines is helpful, however not required. Three (3) or more years of full-time work experience after graduating from college is required. Mechanic and Construction field experience is appreciated and helpful. Project management experience preferred. +++This position starts from $65,000.00 per annual, plus performance bonus, and benefits (such as medical insurance and paid time leave).
