Project Manager

Our client in Irvine is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goalsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reportsCoordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are metIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholdersMonitor project scope and manage changes to ensure successful outcomesEnsure quality standards, documentation, and project best practices are followedTrack progress against milestones and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on schedule
