Job Description

Join an award-winning architectural firm in Irvine, CA as a Sr. Architectural Project Director and lead the charge in delivering exceptional residential projects! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr.
Architectural Project Director position include:
Minimum 25+ years of residential architectural experience, including single-family and/or multifamily projects Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, and other current design software Registered Architect preferred; architectural degree a plus Strong knowledge of building codes and research processes Lead project kick-offs, delegate tasks, and manage project staffing and schedules Serve as main client contact, ensuring communication, design integrity, and successful project delivery Mentor junior staff and manage quality control from schematic design through construction documents Oversee construction administration, manage change orders, and maintain budget/schedule compliance
Salary:
$140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
