$105,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Opportunities Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of commercial, multifamily, and residential projects? We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven professional to oversee electrical projects from pre-construction through completion. Responsibilities Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement. Track project costs and maintain profitability goals. Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. Conduct job site visits and ensure project quality and safety standards. Support field supervisors and crews to ensure successful project execution. Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience. Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily electrical construction. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications. Experience managing budgets, change orders, and project schedules. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software. California electrical construction experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits ✔
