Maintain project schedules, work plans, and milestone tracking reports using project management software. 3. Analyze construction project requirements, technical specifications, and client objectives to assist construction project managers. 4. Facilitate communication among creative design, production, fabrication, logistics, and vendor teams. 5. Prepare and manage project documentation, including permit, blueprint, design plan, production schedules, vendor agreements, shipping documentation, installation instructions, and post-event reports. 6. Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with governmental regulations, contractual terms, quality expectations, and project deadlines. 7. Keep and monitor construction material cost, storage, and requirements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to related laws/regulations and client contractual requirements.
