We specialize in restoring buildings, both commercial and residential, that have been damaged by fire, water, flood and mold, providing all emergency, restoration, and general contracting services to our customers. We are Growing!!! We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions! Potential first year earnings could reach as high as $110K-$120K if the candidate is highly motivated and has existing experience in the industry ! A challenging and satisfying opportunity We are seeking: In-house project manager Top level construction and estimating skills in Xactimate is preferred. Very organized and great planning skills. Duties & Responsibilities:

Assign trades and contractors and monitor progress while addressing issues directly with client and or subs. Demonstrate ability to close high percentage of warm leads. Find creative ways to put Blue Dolphin out in front of the competition. Demonstrate effective marketing to our clients, and revenue sources. Run & complete high volume of construction projects simultaneously while maximizing profits on each project. Consistently create top notch customer/client experience. Demonstrate the ability to bring in new leads and generate appropriate revenue streams. Resolve customer concerns and issues quickly and effectively. Ensure positive customer feedback regularly reaches referral source.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years experience in the Restoration industry. Comprehensive computer skills. Reading, writing, and communication skills. Experience with estimating and/or project management software platform. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Estimating and/or project management experience. Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional nights and weekends as duty calls. Experience in Insurance Claims processes & procedures is a plus!! Immediate start available /

Salary Package:

75,000 and up + commission and benefits. A relocation allowance can be provided.
