$50,000 - $70,000/ DOE + Benefits and Growth opportunities BBSI has partnered with a well-established commercial electrical contractor to hire a driven Project Coordinator to support active construction and service projects. This is a hands-on, front-line operations role -not just administrative support. You'll work closely with Project Managers and field teams to keep projects moving, aligned, and on schedule. Duties Support project schedules, timelines, and daily coordination efforts Act as a key liaison between project managers, field crews, vendors, and clients Coordinate manpower, schedules, and jobsite needs Track materials, deliveries, and logistics to avoid delays Monitor project progress and proactively address issues Maintain project documentation and provide status updates Assist with permitting and ensure compliance with project requirements Qualifications 3+ years of construction coordination experience (electrical preferred) Strong understanding of project workflows and field operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore/Bluebeam Bilingual Spanish a plus What We're Looking For Proactive and solutions-oriented-anticipates issues before they arise Strong communicator who can keep projects and teams aligned Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working under pressure Benefits Clear path for growth into Project Management Medical, Dental, and Vision 401k + match Vacation, Holiday, and sick pay Direct involvement in project execution and operations Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Stable pipeline of ongoing work If you're looking to step into a high-impact role within a growing electrical contractor, we'd love to connect.
