We work closely with homeowners to bring their home improvement visions to life while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Take ownership and accountability for assigned projects and daily responsibilities. Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Conduct project closeouts, ensuring all work is completed and documented properly. Address homeowner concerns, questions, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong working relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and corporate management. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders. Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track. Report disputes, challenges, or project concerns to the Project Manager and assist in developing effective resolutions. Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and communication logs. Qualifications Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in construction, remodeling, project coordination, or customer service is preferred. Reliable transportation required (gas reimbursement provided). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and management.
