This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all phases of construction, from initial planning through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of private construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and milestones Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts for accurate project execution Utilize construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining efficient workflows Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports Coordinate procurement of materials using Construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam to streamline communication and documentation Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on private sector projects; at least several years of project site experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Primavera software for project scheduling; experience with Civil 3D is a plus Familiarity with Construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control and collaboration Hands-on experience managing construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance processes Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability in project coordination, communication, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams Join us as a Project Manager Private Works to lead innovative projects that make a lasting impact!
