About us: Cambrian FMS is a Financial Management Service (FMS) dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by supporting them in hiring their field employees, as well as allocating their state-funded budgets. With over 25 years of experience serving people with developmental disabilities in California, the organization provides high-quality customer service tailored to each client's needs. Job Description CFMS is developing a custom-built Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to provide our clients and co-employees with a seamless, user-friendly platform for day-to-day operations. We are seeking a Project Manager to work closely with our development team and internal leadership to oversee project execution, coordinate timelines, and ensure our September launch deadline is successfully met. This individual will play a key role in managing communication between our developers, tracking project milestones, supporting system implementation, and maintaining the platform after launch to ensure continued performance and improvement. Strong organizational skills, collaboration, and experience managing software development projects is required. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the project (custom built ATS System) from start to finish, ensuring timelines, communication, and deliverables stay on track. Learn and manage our custom-built ATS system, working closely with developers through September and helping maintain and improve the system afterward. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and developers to support smooth project execution and resolve issues quickly. Manage project documentation, updates, reports, and workflow using project management and construction software tools. Monitor project progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality, accuracy, and overall project success. Qualifications Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with our developers, and internal team. Ability to understand custom software systems and technical workflows. Experience using project management, scheduling, and documentation tools. Strong attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain and support systems, processes, and project operations after implementation.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
