• Lead PMs, ensure project quality/client satisfaction/operational consistency, identify/resolve issues, verify sub schedules/lead times, control project accuracy/scope details/costs/profit margins, assign work/sequencing/scheduling, and client/vendor/sub relationships Coordinate with field team, team work performance/expectations, docs, lead meetings, deliverables, reviews, financial reporting, contracts, and safety Project jobsites in

West LA, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and Bel Air Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a PM at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects Strong personal/communication/client management skills and attention to detail A bit about us:
