This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from budgeting and planning through completion and post-project support, ensuring successful delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver completed projects to clients on time and within scope Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Maintain current job plans and specifications Manage project design processes Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with other trades Track and maintain records of job status, changes, material flow, and other key project data Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders Manage project costs and budgets Forecast future project costs and resource needs Report on project financials, including costs and invoicing Oversee installation labor and subcontracted partners Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree preferred (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or construction management) PMP certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of project management experience Why Join Northland Controls?
