PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial construction project management (Tenant Improvements).
• Experience managing TI projects (office, retail, medical, mixed-use).
• Strong knowledge of schedules, budgets & cost control.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Primavera or similar.
• Knowledge of building codes, permits & inspections (OSHA a plus).
• Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial TI projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinating with tenants, landlords, architects, subs & inspectors.
• Developing project schedules, budgets & forecasts.
• Overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders & project documentation.
• Monitoring jobsite safety, quality control & compliance (OSHA).
• Managing subcontractors, billing, invoices & project closeout.
