Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager
  • Tenant Improvement for a direct hire opportunity in Monterey Park, CA. This role is ideal for a construction project management professional with 3-5 years of experience managing tenant improvement, commercial, office build-out, residential, or related construction projects. The Project Manager
  • Tenant Improvement will oversee project planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor communication, and successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant improvement construction projects from planning and kickoff through completion and closeout.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, and field activities.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, internal teams, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
  • Review project documents, drawings, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and related construction documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and take action to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support quality control, safety expectations, and successful project delivery in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,000 to $130,000 per year.
