Full Job Description Overview:
Steel Fabricator Seeks an Experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ Years Steel Fabrication Industry The Project Manager will be Responsible for the Overall Direction, Coordination, Implementation, Execution, Schedule and Cost Control of Assigned Projects.
Requirements:
10+ Years Experience in Steel Fabrication Industry Responsible for thorough understanding of the assigned project, specifications and contract requirements Supervise project setup, create billing and cashflow schedules Prepare and negotiate project change orders Manage project budget, responsible for active cost control, forecasts and deliverables Manage and coordinate shop and field drawing submittals through shop and field issuance Responsible for assessment of subcontractors, issuing subcontracts and manage all quotations from outside subcontractors Manage multiple projects in various stages of completion For additional information:
