Murrieta (3 days in office, 2 days remote) The Opportunity We're seeking a Project Manager who thrives on bringing people together, keeping things organized, and making sure that what we start — we finish. This person will be at the center of cross-functional projects that touch every area of the business, from product development and marketing to operations and customer experience. If you love collaborating with diverse teams, solving problems, and keeping projects on track (and on brand), this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Partner with department leads to scope, plan, and execute projects from start to finish Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across departments (production, marketing, R D, operations, etc.) Lead regular check-ins and project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability Create and maintain project documentation (plans, updates, risk assessments, etc.) Identify roadblocks or resource constraints early and help find creative solutions Serve as the go-to for updates on key projects, tracking milestones and reporting progress to leadership Be the main point of contact for new Contract Manufacturing (CM) product testing and pilot batches Ensure all projects align with brand values, customer promise, and internal quality standards Support continuous improvement in project workflows and communication across teams Who You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks A natural collaborator who can communicate clearly with a wide range of personalities and roles Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, growing environment Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and able to adapt when things shift Passionate about clean beauty, wellness, or mission-driven work Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in CPG, beauty, wellness, or a related industry Experience managing cross-functional projects (bonus if you've worked with creative, ops, or production teams) Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Proficient in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar) PMP certification is a plus, but not required Bonus Points If You… Love spreadsheets, timelines, AND people equally Ready to grow with us?
