Project Manager (Public Works GC)

Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling :

Developing detailed project plans, creating schedules, defining scope, and estimating costs and resources.

Budget & Cost Management :

Preparing budgets, tracking expenses, managing material and labor costs, and controlling spending to stay within financial limits.

Resource & Team Management :

Hiring, supervising, and coordinating employees, subcontractors, and suppliers; allocating resources efficiently.

Stakeholder Communication :

Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to keep everyone informed and manage expectations.

Quality & Safety :

Ensuring work meets specifications, conducting quality inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Risk & Problem Solving :

Identifying potential risks, resolving conflicts, responding to delays, emergencies, and unexpected issues.

Contract Management :

Interpreting contracts, managing change orders, and handling contractual obligations.

Monitoring & Reporting :

Tracking project progress, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients and management.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
