Pay Range:
$71,000 - $75,000/annual
Location:

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the coordination activities between the Customer and the Operation team for the flawless execution of customer programs/ projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct daily meetings with Operation team for Build plan, status updates, priority commitment, and issue trackers on current projects. Provide daily and weekly reports that summarize key activity and project status. Coordinate for changes (ECR, ECO, FAI) processes with appropriate internal functional teams. Maintain documented processes of key functions and strive for the continuous improvement of processes. Communicate daily issues with internal team and HQ team for resolution. Coordinate the tracking and communication of customer order/ shipments. Maintain current NPl checklists and Project status updates. Review customer forecast and update information into systems. Manage and coordinate customer shipments arrangement with logistics teams. Follow-up on inventory transactions to ensure completion. Perform administrative functions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Able to conduct and facilitate effective meetings. Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and use time effectively. Be detailed oriented and meticulous in conducting daily works. Possess excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese a plus. Ability to coordinate and organize projects Fluent in the use of computers and software programs Understanding of manufacturing order processing flow through an MRP system. Experience with SAP/Order Management System. Conduct other duties as requested. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of similar industry experience
