In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and quality benchmarks. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on large-scale construction initiatives. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as Primavera P6 Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, contracts, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking tools and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Review construction estimating data and contracts to ensure accurate cost control and scope management. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and progress milestones. Manage project documentation including reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs to maintain transparency and accountability. Skills Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading skills for accurate project planning. Solid understanding of contracts administration, including scope changes and compliance requirements. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with construction site activities, safety protocols, and schematic interpretation. Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management - ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget of a project. 5-10 years of experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Oakland, CA PMP certification Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
