This management-level role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who can oversee full project lifecycles, manage budgets and schedules, supervise staff and consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery in a regulated public agency environment. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact projects that require strong leadership, stakeholder communication, contract administration, and operational oversight. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to meaningful public-sector work while collaborating with professional teams, technical staff, vendors, contractors, and internal departments in a structured and mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and oversee daily project functions, operations, staff, consultants, contractors, and related project activities. Manage assigned projects through the full lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, risks, deliverables, and completion milestones. Develop project timelines, budgets, staffing plans, cost estimates, status reports, Statements of Work, and other project documentation. Administer and support RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, professional services agreements, architectural and engineering services, construction contracts, and contract amendments. Monitor project compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, regulations, contractual requirements, and internal policies. Coordinate with stakeholders, grants management, grants accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range:
$65.00 to $80.00 per hour.
