What You'll Do Project Coordination Coordinate projects from initial customer order through production and delivery. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding schedules, updates, and project requirements. Support project planning, scheduling, and execution. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communications. Help identify and resolve project challenges to keep projects moving forward. Operations Support Assist with day-to-day operational activities and process improvements. Coordinate logistics, deliveries, pickups, and vendor communication. Support inventory tracking, reporting, and operational planning. Assist with quality control, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Help ensure projects move efficiently through production. Customer & Team Support Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service. Support order processing and customer inquiries. Collaborate closely with sales, production, engineering, purchasing, and leadership teams. Help create a positive customer experience from start to finish. Systems & Administration Create and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. Maintain accurate project records and business documentation. Support ERP system data entry, reporting, and process management. Assist with business reporting and operational tracking. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer service, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire to take ownership, contribute, and grow professionally. Preferred Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica. Experience with Airtable or project management software. Exposure to manufacturing, retail fixtures, displays, logistics, or operations environments. Familiarity with quality systems, process improvement, or operational best practices.
