Job Description

Position Overview This role focuses on project execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational process implementation. You will be responsible for driving operational improvement initiatives, system implementation projects, carrier-related programs, and business process optimization efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve expected business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Execution and Implementation Drive the implementation of projects related to operations, sales, and product initiatives. Break down business objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and follow-up mechanisms. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and coordinate solutions in a timely manner. Ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve the expected outcomes. 2. Cross-Functional Communication and Coordination Coordinate resources across operations, sales, product, finance, and external carriers. Follow up on and resolve issues that arise during project execution. Ensure effective communication and information alignment across departments. Improve overall execution efficiency through clear ownership and follow-up. 3. Operational Process Optimization Participate in regular reviews of daily operational issues and identify process bottlenecks. Assist in developing and optimizing SOPs, execution processes, and collaboration mechanisms. Follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of process improvement initiatives. 4. Data Review and Project Summary Regularly review project results and operational data. Prepare project reports and provide recommendations for further improvement. Assist management in understanding project progress, key issues, and outcomes. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or project management. Experience in logistics operations, carrier coordination, drayage, or high-volume operations. Familiarity with North American logistics or transportation processes is preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams and external resources. Experience in cross-functional project execution or team collaboration. Strong execution ability, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. Experience in process optimization, system implementation, operational improvement, or cost control projects. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Pay:
$7,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
