This role serves as a day-to-day liaison among U.S. and China-based teams, internal stakeholders, external partners, clients, media contacts, advertising agencies, and technical personnel to help ensure that demonstrations, promotional initiatives, client events, and business development activities are planned and executed successfully. Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between U.S. and China teams to support clear communication, timely follow-up, and aligned project execution.
  • Coordinate client events, robotics project demonstrations, meetings, and related logistics from planning through completion.
  • Assist with business development activities for 3PL logistics and robotics-related projects, including outreach preparation, client follow-up, and relationship support.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner and coordinate internally to resolve questions or next steps.
  • Help promote company projects by preparing project information, coordinating demonstrations, supporting outreach campaigns, contacting media or advertising agencies, and following up with interested clients, partners, or promotional contacts.
  • Support promotional initiatives for company projects involving robots, including organizing materials, schedules, media/ad agency communication, partner communication, event details, and demonstration support.
  • Maintain productive relationships with external partners, including clients, influencers, universities, business owners, event organizers, media contacts, and advertising agencies.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel to confirm robotics project requirements, prepare for demonstrations, and support smooth execution of project deliverables.
  • Track project details, deadlines, action items, stakeholder commitments, and promotional follow-up to keep logistics and robotics projects moving forward. Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required to support communication between U.S. and China teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams and cultures.
  • Organized, detail-oriented work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred:
familiarity with 3PL logistics, warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technology-enabled operations.
  • Professional client-service mindset and comfort communicating with logistics clients, vendors, media/ad agencies, event partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate events, robot demonstrations, meetings, or similar project-based promotional activities.
  • Ability to contact and coordinate with media outlets, advertising agencies, or promotional partners to support marketing activities.
  • Comfort working with technical team members and translating logistics, robotics, and operational needs into clear next steps.
Preferred:
prior experience supporting U.S./China team coordination. Work Environment and Schedule This position is based at Enterprise Order Solutions LLC in Ontario, California. The role involves in-person collaboration, client and partner communication, media/ad agency outreach, robotics project promotion, event and demonstration coordination, and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders. Training may begin prior to the formal start date, and in-person availability may be required during training, including Thursdays, based on company needs. Compensation and Benefits This is a non-exempt hourly position eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable state and federal law. The hourly rate is $26.00 during the 60-day introductory period and $28.00 per hour after successful completion of the introductory period. Benefits may include vacation pay, 401(k) matching, health insurance, sick pay, holiday pay, year-end bonus eligibility, and employee discounts, subject to company policy and applicable eligibility requirements. Introductory Period The first 60 days of employment are an introductory period during which job performance, attendance, attitude, and overall interest in the role are assessed. Completion of the introductory period does not alter the at-will employment relationship. At-Will Employment Employment with Enterprise Order Solutions LLC is at will and may be terminated by either the employee or the Company at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
