The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes and can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage structural steel projects from contract award to final completion Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and contract documents Coordinate with detailers, fabricators, erectors, general contractors, architects, and engineers Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor budgets, job costs, billing, and profitability Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules Attend project meetings and provide progress updates Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Resolve project issues proactively to maintain schedule and client satisfaction Support field teams during erection and installation phases Manage closeout documentation and final project turnover

$87,179.45 - $104,990.30 per year
