Full Job Description Position Summary:
Serves as project leader for cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive membership growth and retention. Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants, establishment of project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implantation oversight. Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities. Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow up, preparing, and publishing reports. Monitors status of all assigned projects/accounts and adheres to deadlines. Builds and oversees distribution of all types of communications related to projects including advertising, PR, collateral, digital media, giveaways, etc. Supports the project work by utilizing project management software. Collaborates with other Project Managers, Traffic, Creative, Senior Management, Health Educators, and Community Engagement as needed. Prepares communications and presentations to all levels of the organization. Assists in building process improvements and project management skills for the team. Presents status of projects and recommendations/resolutions in strategy meetings. Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business - which is an inherent part of job description (role can fluctuate according to department need). The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,304 - $75,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Experience:
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proficiency with project management platforms preferred. Familiar with media planning and buying, and experience with digital and social media marketing. 4+ years' experience in an internal or external marketing agency or healthcare environment accounts) BA in Healthcare, Marketing, Communications or related field Ability to work in a team environment and foster camaraderie.
Compensation:
$70,304 to $75,000 YR
