Salary:

Job Details We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a proven track record in managing large scale construction projects, with a strong emphasis fire alarm and safety components. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget. Identify, assess and manage risks throughout the project life cycle. Lead and manage project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure project success. Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Manage project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time. Ensure all projects adhere to the highest safety standards, implementing and overseeing safety management protocols. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Must have experience working on Powerplant projects. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the fire alarm/security industry. Proven experience in managing commercial and industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction planning, project management, budget management, risk management, and safety management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable. A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record in managing safe workplaces. Open to travel domestic travel on a quarterly basis. Interested in hearing more?
