$118/hour About Our Client Our client is a leading global technology company focused on creating innovative employee and customer experiences. They are seeking an experienced Design & Construction Project Lead to support workplace transformation initiatives across their corporate portfolio. Job Description The Design & Construction Project Lead will manage workplace projects from concept through completion, including office renovations, interior improvements, build-outs, and capital projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, construction, and stakeholder engagement experience, along with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities Lead workplace projects from planning and design through construction and occupancy. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Develop cost estimates, forecasts, and project reporting. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates. Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Security, and Operations. Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and workplace procedures. Drive continuous improvement and leverage technology to enhance project delivery. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in design, construction, facilities, architecture, or project management. Experience leading workplace renovations, interior improvements, and capital projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout processes. Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholder relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a corporate technology campus or corporate office environment. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Procore, eBuilder, PlanGrid, Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience managing projects across multiple locations or regions. Education Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
