Role Description:
The Project Manager Foreman is a full-time, ON-SITE role responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This position coordinates scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Project Manager Foreman supervises field activities, collaborates with contractors and vendors, and monitors project milestones and deadlines . Daily tasks include tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, reviewing inspections, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also involves managing documentation, supporting logistics and expediting needs, and contributing to continuous process improvements across projects. Qualifications Strong project oversight abilities, including Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple construction projects. Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials, permits, and project documentation. Background in Inspection and quality control to verify that work complies with codes, specifications, and safety regulations. Logistics Management skills to coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across project sites efficiently. Proven experience in construction or real estate development, preferably in a foreman, superintendent, or project management role. Ability to lead and coordinate remote and on-site teams, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital collaboration platforms. Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; OSHA awareness or certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Capacity to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent reporting and documentation practices.
