- Program Acquisition Strategies
- Acquisition program documentation as identified in Adaptive Acquisition Framework and AFI 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management guidance
- System Requirements Documents, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents
Support:
- Technical evaluation of program proposals
- Identification, analysis, mitigation planning, and monitoring of program risks, issues, and opportunities
- Development and management of Integrated Master Schedules
- Analysis of program cost and schedule performance (Earned Value Management) Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or, Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field with 13+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of DoD 5000 Series Adaptive Acquisition Framework guidance and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management guidance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- US Citizenship and Secret Security Clearance and the ability to be upgraded to a TS/SCI clearance Preferred Requirements
- Experience as a Material Leader within Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)
- APDP Level II Certification in Program Management Physical Requirements Office environment.
