Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project from planning to implementation
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Review and interpret written and verbal assingments
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Utilize water mitigation management software for project tracking and reporting
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during mitigation
• Ensure compliance with IICRC, safety guidelines, and quality standards Skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Xactimate
• Strong project coordination and time management skills
• Knowledge of Water management software for efficient project tracking
• Experience in water estimating and budgeting
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
